  • It is totally enough to stick to your normal training time, because you will use the time way more efficient. Also spare time at home and at work is very valuable and you will learn how to use it best. Of course you will improve even faster if you invest more time, but that is totally up to you. Many people start training more once they see the results because it is way more fun if you constantly improve.
